If all pilots came from the leading economies of Europe and lived in areas where numerous employment opportunities existed, then probably the interest wouldn't have been so high. But remember that in many areas where Wizz air operate, it's either the only opportunity for a local pilot or one of two or three. Many of those countries don't even have a legacy carrier any more - think Hungary or North Macedonia as examples. Does this sound like the local pilots being spoiled for choice where to go?
