For the many of you struggling to find a pattern in the redundancy list, an anecdote may be of assistance.
Some years ago a colleague of yours needed a day-surgery. An unexpected result was that the stitching interfered with his actions on the overhead panel and the quadrant. His medical was suspended. During the suspension he worked on the ground in the training department and used the time to formalize an idea he had to streamline and personalize the upgrade simulator lessons. The methods he devised worked well and he was called in to the Bouncy to receive a Najm award.
ONE week after receiving the Najm, he was instructed to visit PP at the Bouncy. This time he was told in no uncertain terms that he was seen as a waste of salary, oxygen, and good food and in future the company's baleful eyes would be watching him closely for further transgressions.
