We both know that EK had no choice other than that aeroplane. Even if they didn't like it. The whole reason EK exists is to feed tourists and businesses into Dubai. I am pretty sure it was you that told me that only 25% of the pax stay and 75% transit. Well that hasn't changed. EK fleet growth is still based on how many tourists the Government say they need to keep the economy running. The only way of achieving that was by operating more seats. The more seats that come into the hub means they need more seats out of the hub. It's that simple. Ticket sales dont fund Dubai, tourist and business dollars do. Just as they did the whole time you were here.
