I doubt that 20% of the crew were troublemakers. I know a lot of them as good people. If they were good enough to fly from Keflavik or Chisinau or Odessa or Skopje or Memmingen or Bodo or Trondheim or Turku in the winter the majority of them could have managed AUH somehow...
