Also what it makes better a pilot that you don’t know to be hired that a pilot that worked for you years and years... I think they should appericiate and reconsider to rehired most of the pilots fired. Only if you have a huge problem with the company, I mean something really serious then avoid that pilots.
but the rest generally speaking I saw the list and in my opinion most of them 90% I would say they are good people and proffesionals.
is stupid to avoid rehire a pilot because one day he had a bad day in the sim, an argue with a colleague, sick days and stuff like this...
we all are humans and if they think that taking external pilots they will not have such problem they are wrong!!
