There was a good bunch in Ops but MF Never realised that morale was down and out. MF/
JS always thought they could drag anyone in off the street and they would stay there because of what MF did for them...
People like MB needed to get out all the pilots respected him and knew that his hands were tied.
Sell the company...mmm would be the best idea, but MF still thinks he is in his Dan Air days and he forgets that it is 2003 now.
The only way they will survive is with getting rid of people like MF /
JS and get a new bunch in there and organise and get it running properly. Give people a proper pay structure and recognise what people do for the company
