I wonder how he explains the CASA rule about flights with unserviceable equipment:
Where flight is conducted with unserviceable instruments or equipment ... the unserviceable instruments or equipment must be prominently placarded “UNSERVICEABLE” or removed from the aircraft.
That rule refers to the rules about equipment for RPT, charter, aerial work and private aircraft.
