I know they have the 60 age limit, but why can't they keep pilots? Is £65,000 a year not enough pay for a VFR equal time job? Or is something else making them leave?
No doubt there will be a few more excited R22 pilots awaiting their interview, some who haven’t even flown a twin or scratched the surface of night ops, let alone IFR
