Living in those arrangements is as the Feds are saying just a vertical cruise liner...without the nightclubs. I don’t think there is any sinister plot happening. Maybe if they put HEPA filters on the building it will solve it.
Cruise liners only had a few ships with any numbers (most one brand) a myth like HEPA filters on a Dash !
