hmm. If I was offloaded due payload issues and forced into quarantine at my expense I’d be pretty pissed too.
yes things are not going to plan for many - pax and crew included - but from what’s presented here the airlines need to be aware of this situation for the future. Steps can be put in place to prevent this.
