AMS is full and has been for the past couple years. All of the permitted 500,000 annual movements are allocated to existing carriers and although some may now be available as a result of reduced operations during Covid, a carrier granted slots now would not get them on a historic basis to carry from one season to the next.
Flybe's operating licence has not been revoked so it's slots have not returned to the pool. If they had, there would be no guarantee that the operator picking these up would operate to SOU.
