Access to DFO is indeed diabolical at busy times, but it's hard to see how Third Avenue would improve matters since it still leads out to Grange Road. It's not asthough anyone is going to re-open Voltri Street after almost 40 years closed!
On the other hand, the space enclosed between Grange and Third, south of Northern Avenue and north of Second Avenue would certainly improve their parking, if not provide room to expand the shopping centre itself.
