My understanding is that providing a DOCA is agreed to, the paperwork must be signed within 15 days of that date, that would be the first official date of ownership I imagine. Bain are responsible for the finances of the company from now but unsure if that means they can make changes, perhaps the next 6 weeks are to be spent hammering out new deals with start dates 15 days after the second creditors meeting.
