P(none fraudulent)= 0.6^2 = 0.36
P(one fraudulent) = 2*0.6*0.4 = 0.48
P(both fraudulent) = 0.4^2 = 0.16

Every pilot operating with more than one engine should be able do do this calculation after passing ground school ;-)
