Celebrated 3 months (and one day) of tee-totality yesterday with a 4 pint take out of a very drinkable 4.8% cider from Wareham, supplied by the micro-pub in Selsdon. Three of us met up and - observing sensible social distancing - spent the afternoon drinking and talking in an occasionally sunny Selsdon Nature Reserve glade surrounded by small birds. Lovely! And I (the only one with fully operational ears) heard the Spitfire take off from Biggin!

Unlike many of the socially irresponsible morons round here, we also took our rubbish home with us instead of leaving it lying around on the grass for the foxes to play with and somebody else to clear up, or stuffing it into the already overfilled bins (mostly overfilled with recyclable bottles and cans). I thought the millennials onwards cared far more about our planet - they have a funny way of showing it...

Walked four miles home again and didn't feel particularly pi$$ed which surprised me.
