I am all for a LCC if it creates
more and better opportunities without sacrificing the livelihood of other people currently in the industry. Personally, I don't think that's being selfish or resistant to change.
There is still so much we don't know about the LCC, but I do know that my colleagues in all divisions are getting nervous about their level of job security. That feeling of uncertainty is not pleasant and should not be dismissed as being "resistant to change" by someone who himself is trying to get into the industry and asks for help from the very people that he is criticising!
