If I walked in to work and the aircraft was already running..To the pilot on duty,
"go out and shut that damn thing off". One of us might be leaving the company permanently depending on what happens next. So many things wrong with this entire situation but that one really struck me as outrageous. I can assure you that at the EMS program where I work, a running aircraft awaiting my arrival and immediate departure would NEVER happen.
