Not 100% sure on that one, especially if the programme becomes self-funded again. What you get in pretty much any such self-funded programme is a conditional offer which is usually subject not only to successful completion of training but also to demand on part of the airline. Think EZY and all the cadets they placed in a holding pool. So, while you may soon get a conditional offer and be sent to an approved ATO with your money, a job might be quite some time apart from graduation... An airline is losing nothing by having a ready pool of applicants; it's the applicants who have to work out a way to stay current and survive financially by the time they become needed. So, think twice.
