That's what NOTAMs are for! See which tawiways and runways are closed or shortened! Always interesting to read the ones for departure, destination and alternate airports! It could avoid you BIG troubles!
Lots of exclamation marks cannot hide the fact that today's NOTAM system is a ridiculous relic from the past and a threat to aviation safety.
