Remembering that videos can be misleading and that we tend to see patterns and fit events to what we perceive; left reverse cancelled before the right - if at all, visual cue from spray pattern.
Consider effect of asymmetric thrust coupled with large nose-wheel steering input on a wet (flooded?) runway, plus crosswind. Or even use of mixed forward / reverse thrust - a mistaken belief that it could help turning.
