You are missing my point. If a European crew flying for a European airline can get an approach in CAVOK conditions so disastrously wrong, the focus should not be on what the PIA crew had or hadn't eaten that day, but on what caused them to rush their approach?
Yep, I may have missed your point, because I’ve no example in my mind of any other approach so badly managed, nor in Europe, nor anywhere else in the world.
And whichever all errors / violations that can have been previously done on any flight, I’m still sticking to the idea that good body / brain conditions can save the day.
