Regardless of what Wikipedia says, that’s not an official source.
Presumably he has done Air Law (US or UK, it doesn’t really matter). One should always reference the country’s AIP. Of course in the UK, most pilots rely on a delegated source like Pooleys, AFE, SkyDemon or even the airfield’s website. The source data is always in the AIP though. Definitely NOT Wikipedia!
