The STAR from the south for 01 seems to have them very low, very early. Quite a drag in at 3000'.
Designed that way to meet the ICAO ruleset for parallel approaches. In simple terms, the low side needs to be established on the localiser and maintaining a separated level (A030) before the high side will leave the level above (A040) on the glide slope.
No such restrictions with the RNP approaches.
