Alternate Fuel. The fuel necessary to fly from the destination to an alternate airport(s). An alternate may be specified because of regulatory requirements or other operational considerations. The calculation of the alternate fuel amount beqins at the missed approach· point at the destination and includes climb, cruise, descent, approach, and landinq at the alternate airport. The amount of alternate fuel should be based on normal air traffic routinq and procedures, and forecast meteoroloqical conditions. For fliqhts for which an alternate is not specified, the operator should consider the need to provide fuel for a missed approach at the destination.

marker inbound is right it looks like this AC was never published. My company ops specs just says the dispatcher must ensure the fuel supply is adequate to fly to the alternate.
