Ansett administrators have $415 million in the bank and will be able to pay out $300 million under the settlement, while keeping $115 million for other contingencies.
What sort of possible contingencies are they taking into account? Why don't they just release this money to the employees, and use any future sale of assets left to cover any contingencies....
