The UK OPS has been a big disaster, that big that many AOCs started their own dispatch again. Many Owners that still use the UK OPS are quite unsatisfied with the service quality - and that is ultimately the main reason why Lux is transferring the remaining UK ops
and that is exactly why the grand plan of world biz-jet domination by Lux was never going to work.
the millionaire/billionaire owners of the priceless hardware into whose trusted custody Lux depend they will surrender them were never going to be content to have their precious assets handled by faceless individuals in a call centre far away.
As Lux have learned ( so too apparently the Chinese) you cannot commoditise a service such as this and package it up like some soap powder for resale (Lux for example!)
