With private flying opened back up in the UK (solo or with family re COVID), would anyone have any suggestions on possible landing sites for a family picnic – 30 to 60 minutes flying from London?
For my first flight post re-open last weekend, I flew to a friend’s home in Surrey and landed in his garden. However, as I have a limited number of mates with big country homes, I’m, looking for alternative ideas on landing sites.
Would be open to ideas on South Coast, Isle of Wight, West Sussex, Hampshire, Cotswolds, etc. Don’t need any facilities, just a scenic open area with nice views.
