No, it really depends upon what type of flying you are doing and where you are trying to get the C visa. All cargo flights are normally approved anywhere. A friend of mine tried to get one recently in Hong Kong who flies for a business operator and was declined. It never hurts to ask, you can also use an agent to try and get one for you. It is more problematic if not flying in and operating the flight but is possible with the correct paperwork. Most of these only come with a 10 day or even 7 day restriction on length of visa so take that into consideration.
thanks for the info, lets see what they are going to tell me next week, its always amazing how many different outcomes you get depending from where you request the visa and to whom.
