As always, there are two sides to this story.
The UK OPS has been a big disaster, that big that many AOCs started their own dispatch again. Many Owners that still use the UK OPS are quite unsatisfied with the service quality - and that is ultimately the main reason why Lux is transferring the remaining UK ops to JetAdvisor. Brexit did the rest.
Meanwhile the Romania OPS works quite well. Anyone whom ever had contact with them knows that they are very hard working people delivering very good quality.
Even the customers that left Lux, always praised the Romania OPS. That can not be said about the UK OPS.
