I won't go into the detail here obviously, but there are ways of getting in and out of QLD by air without attracting attention. Anyone desperate to do so will be able to work out how.
And would the state border closure not be a reason behind this almost 0 infection rate? This is a bit like saying "Well, we've got almost 0 infections so it proves this whole virus thing was a hoax!".

Not saying that the borders shouldn't be opened up but not yet, lift the other restrictions within each state and give it some time to see what actual effect it has on rates within States before just opening it all up and THEN realising it's caused a lot of issues. Remember it's a Marathon, not a sprint.
