With a schedule running at 100% by flying the full fleet and the crews as close as possible to maximum legal hours, as I said, the company needs about 6 crews per plane. Obviously they are flying at a reduced schedule now, and decided to cut 20% of the people. The fleet was not cut by 20%, but it is unlikely that they will be flying at pre-covid levels in the next 12 months.
