I am very sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I think all scheduled airlines only accept non UK citizens if they have the right to work here indefinitely. This means you can be a holder of a foreign passport but u must be able to work in the UK without the need of a visa.
However UK charter airlines can be even stricter because they require u to have a british or EU passport without which I dont think they would even allow u to attend an interview.
I dont know what the case is right now but i thought that Ba use to have Singapore based crew that did the sin=lhr=sin fgts? R they not doing that anymore? Maybe u cld call their recrtuiment department to c if they are still operating this base from Singapore.
