With easyJet that would be up to 5 x daily to EDI - showing an increase of up to 6 x daily from Sept; up to 4 x daily to GLA - showing an increase of up to 5 x daily from Sept; up to 4 x daily to BFS - showing an increase of up to 5 x daily from Sept; up to 3 x daily to NCL; daily to INV, reduced to 4 x weekly in winter.
Accepting that the virus future effect on aviation is unknown that sort of frequency would obviously be a big boost to SOU.
Apart from the Channel Islands with Aurigny and Blue Islands, BRS’s only other UK route is Aberdeen with Loganair that took over from former sister airline flybmi.
BRS should have had 18 based easyJet aircraft this summer: 2 x A321, 10 x A320, 6 x A319, although some of the flights on the domestic routes (and on others) are also operated by aircraft based at the ‘other end’ of the route.
