Seems to be history repeating itself... or maybe just seeing what sticks to the proverbial wall. Let's look at the timeline:
ExecuJet have ~20 experienced, capable albeit slightly inefficient people in Zurich, doing decent work. They are paid quite a lot. Clients are mostly happy. Management decide to move Ops to the UK to cut costs and consider buying a mid-size ops company in the UK. For some reason this does not work out so they hire some UK based Ops people and send them to Zurich for training.
The 20 Swiss are mostly fired and replaced by 6-7 Brits, who are somewhat trained, and 5-6 neophytes who need quite a bit of training, based at new Cambridge FBO. Quality decreases markedly.
-2014: One of the Swiss who didn't get fired takes the helm in the UK and cleans up. Quality gets better.
Lux buys ExecuJet. The remaining Swiss leaves. Things go downhill from here onwards, despite valiant efforts of some. Churn increases
Lux spins off purchasing to a separate company... and then sells the company. Funny as the whole point of Lux was to save money for owners by aggregating purchasing, right?
Centralised Ops in Cambridge cancelled due to poor service quality. Each sub-part of Lux does own Ops.
Outsource and re-centralise again, this time in Romania.
 ???
 Profit!
