Qatari Ops: DOH - JNB - DOH
Please can someone at Qatar Airways assist.
I am trying to ascertain whether freight flights by operated by Qatari between JNB and DOH have a significant freight loading on this sector. As far as I can see these freight flights are operated by passenger configuration B77W aircraft.
The reason for this request is that I am looking into the feasibility of utilizing that sector only (not the DOH - JNB sector as this would still only carry freight as at present) as a repatriation flight option thus alleviating supposed reasons for refusal by South African authorities for cancellations of the designated Qatari repatriation flights (DOH - JNB - DOH). As there would be no inbound South Africans to accommodate, which was the excuse given by SA authorities for the said cancellations, this might be an option to get foreign nationals out of South Africa.
