I’ve seen a few collective agreements already being thrashed out in the industry in my jurisdiction. Staff are agreeing to various pay cuts, redundancy programmes, reductions in various Ts & Cs of a temporary nature. Thrash out agreed milestones for each eroded item to be reversed, or have an independent panel make that call. When profit returns to X level, Y temporary reduction in expenditure is reversed.
