I read about that Polish App. Optional but if you accept it you have to upload a selfie within 20 mins of request & GeoLocation. If you do not take App you get random Police checks. Armed Police & Army everywhere and fines are generating lots of cash for Government.
He got a police visit at 11am on a sunday morning, he was looking at mass online. He worked in McD's when at Uni and is getting furlough payments from them.
