The
Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal has upheld the councils ruling that the property owned by the meatbombers must not used by them for their operations, and remain rural. This means all the illegal buildings/caravans must be removed.
The main reason given was for aviation based safety.
As a result of the hearing the Principle of the meatbombing orginisation is facing contempt of court charge for threatening a witness in the hearing room.
Some people just never learn.
