They could have but, tbh, I guess they assume most people either have their mobile on them so can answer (or check whether you want to answer!!!!!) within 15 seconds and, if after 15 seconds, people probably will not answer it for whatever reason. I let any unrecognised number go un-answered and most turn out to be scam/phishing calls when I look the numbers up if they don't leave a message.

Mind you, LR's issue is odd to put it mildly - hopefully sorted now. Cheers, H 'n' H
