We are obviously talking about a different Chengdu, the one I'm talking about has heavy 100-200ton machines coming and going every 90 seconds all day long, no way there are bug smashers operating VFR in IMC conditions at a place like that, not even in China. Graduating 2000 pilots a year as what?, to what standard?, to what acceptable licence?
