I don’t know anyone personally at Swissport.
I do know they are an organisation that seems motivated to underpay and overwork baggage handlers as evidenced by court rulings:

We mightn’t have children being sent down coal mines anymore but here is yet another example of the dire need for unions and workplace legislation.
