Helicopter assistance to civil authorities (HACA)
A Helicopter Assistance to Civil Authorities (HACA) scheme has been put in place by the BHA (British Helicopter Association)
Purpose: Carry urgent freight and passengers for government agencies and to assist the NHS in this unprecedented crisis
