Then they might have a problem with captains. And either they will go for fast upgrade for let say mildly experienced FO's or whatever. If I'd be in wizz air 10 years just to be fired to get rid of my seniority bonus and asked to come back to them as a captain but with no seniority (screw bonus but all other profits that comes with it like priority in picking bases or better flexibility with schedule) I'd probably laugh at them soooo baddly. 2-3 years as a captain and probably for like 8000ish flight hours gives you an opportunity to be rather picky if it goes about job positions even these days. I'm not saying that you just go to any airline and get a job but your experience will be taken into account as soon as whole that comedy with COVID ends.
