In BA at least, the following apply.
C - Charter
E - Engineering
F - Freighter
P - Positioning (ferry flight)
T - Training
There might be a few I’ve missed out but that covers most of it. Often you won’t see these suffixes in the flight’s callsign though, just in the backend systems.
