No one ever imagined Easyjet could afford a buyout of Go until that black day when they did, even paying a multiple of what it was worth just to erase the competition that they couldnt compete with from the market.
It could be that with the right financial backing and EJ share price where it is at present (⅓ of what it ought to be) they simply can't afford not to.
If they have big aspirations in mind now is the time to grab a bargain because when the bug is vanquished shares in locos will soon be back where they ought to be.
