The airline plans to have 70% of their flights operating again in May and the Expo will be going ahead next year so they need to keep recruiting otherwise they won't have enough cabin crew. And of course more people were resigning during the beginning of this pandemic while they had the chance to leave because they realised they'd rather be with their family than stuck in Dubai for an indefinite amount of time and others are resigning anyway.
