Re the Canberra crash at Leuchars
The navigator's name rang a bell ( Flt Lt D H Gannon ) - he was the nav' of the
PR Canberra that won the London to NZ Air Race in 1953. An ex-Pathfinder nav who survived numerous sorties in WW2, and lived until the ripe old age of 83.
