Strange as NEOZ and TTNL were delivered recently and in service although 'NL doesn't appear to have moved from LHR since last week. I presume most of all these are hot spares so could be used if needed and yes would need keeping airworthy. St Athan ECUBE solutions took a number of A319s recently and CIVM for breaking/part out as well.
