737 HITS 767 ARRIVING ON STAND!!
Cant belive that this has not been on here...unless ive missed it
Sat 15 th Nov a 737-800 hit a BY767 coming on to stand at T2 rumour has it the 737 came on stand on the wrong line ...with the wing tip saying hello to the wing of the 767...who was at fault not for me to say but i think that someone in for an a**e kicking
i was always to belive that on T2 that ops always marshalled on to stand.....so u wouldnt expect this kind of thing to happen
i heard that it was 2 hrs before the pax got off and that it took 2 tugs to bring the 2 aircraft apart lots of damage to both aircraft and that rumour has it that the 737 has to go back to boeing as the airframe is damaged
well dont know who will be paying the bill for that one...but glad it aint me!
