Does anyone know if EK crews are getting stuck downroute when a service has been suspended? Or are they being positioned back to DXB and if so, how? On the aircraft they took? Or is EK sending empty aircraft the next day?
The company seems to suspend routes at least a day or two in advance, which allows for some planning.
With the likes of Italy and Poland, the outbound EK crew has deadheaded back on the same aircraft, after operating the outbound sector.
